Super Korotama ist ein Arcade-Geschicklichkeitsspiel, das einem klassischen Arcade-Automaten im Retro-Stil mit verschiedenen Lochblechen nachempfunden ist. Hier kann der Benutzer eine Metallkugel durch eine vertikale Stange bewegen, die mit den Joysticks des Automaten angehoben werden kann. Das Hauptziel des Spiels ist es, den Ball in das richtige Loch zu bringen und dabei die restlichen Löcher zu meiden.
Super Korotama verfügt über mehrere Level und Modifikatoren, die freigeschaltet werden, wenn Sie alle Leves schlagen, z. B. einen Eismodus, einen Bombenmodus und einen Schwindelmodus.
