BALLS BOMBS è un gioco veloce con un solo pulsante.
Il tuo obiettivo è andare avanti ed evitare le palle che rimbalzano intorno a te. Tieni premuto un pulsante per camminare. Ci sono bombe a terra e quando ne tocchi una ti trasformi in una bomba. Quando una palla ti colpisce mentre sei sotto forma di bomba, la bomba esploderà e distruggerà tutte le palle nel raggio della sua esplosione. Guadagni punti per ogni palla distrutta.
Il gioco finisce quando una palla ti tocca mentre tu non sei una bomba.
